Zero Commission Delivery – setup of online ordering and integration with delivery networks. Delivery itself is performed by third-party logistics providers you select. Secret Sauce is not responsible for delivery fulfilment, driver conduct, or disputes with Customers.
Review Booster – tools to encourage customer reviews. You are responsible for ensuring any incentives or communications comply with privacy, spam, and consumer laws.
Event Marketing – design and execution of campaigns. You remain responsible for compliance with liquor, gaming, and event laws.

comply with all relevant food safety, liquor, consumer, privacy, and spam laws.

Our Services may rely on or integrate with providers such as but not limited to Stripe, Meta, Google, or delivery networks.

For clarity: payments from your Customers are processed directly into your Stripe account. Any disputes are between you and your payment provider or your Customers. Secret Sauce has no responsibility for customer payments.

Fees are set out in your proposal, quotation, or online sign-up.
Setup fees are due before work starts.
Subscription fees begin once your ordering system or platform access is delivered, and are billed monthly.
Payment is due within 14 days of invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of services and 5% monthly interest.
Third-party advertising or payment processing fees are your responsibility.
For subscriptions, you must keep a valid payment method on file.
